Tradition in quality
Hospitality is our calling. We are happy that our efforts were officially recognized by the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association (BHRA), which honored Family Hotel “Iv” with the prestigious award for Best Two-Star Family Hotel (2020).
This recognition is a symbol of the high standards we set 20 years ago and which we continue to maintain with love and attention to every detail to this day.

Others choose Hotel Iv because of the tranquility, the home cooking or the good ratio between price and quality.
But the reason they come back again is usually different.

We remember which room they prefer.

And we try to make every next visit as pleasant as the first.
Over the years, many of our guests have become friends of the hotel and today we are happy to welcome them again and again.
We are not the best hotel in Velingrad.
But we strive to be the place where guests feel welcome.

Our food is prepared according to old family recipes with products from local producers. We do not compromise on quality because we want you to experience the authentic taste of home cooking. Bon appetit!

Your health and comfort are our priority. We maintain hygiene in the hotel with the professional Rainbow system and use certified organic detergents. For us, a clean room is the first condition for true relaxation.

We believe that every Bulgarian deserves a quality and peaceful vacation at a reasonable price. Our goal is to be the coziest place in Velingrad, where you feel at home without straining your budget.

We are located at the entrance to Velingrad. This provides you with quick access without wandering through narrow streets and a secure parking space. The hotel is also an ideal starting point for walks in the mountains or to the city center.
