Terms and conditions for online reservations


The management of MITKOVI OOD undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and
paid by the customer by online reservation, in their full quantity and quality according to
data provided by the client through the booking form for: client name, period, number
nights, number of adults and children, price per night.
All wishes of the customer filled in the “Remark” field on the booking form will be
satisfied if possible.
In the reservation for children, only persons who have not completed the correspondingly indicated are accepted
age at date of arrival.


The prices on the website of MITKOVI OOD are in BGN (BGN), including VAT and tourist tax
tax. The total amount owed by the customer is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number
adults and children and from the current price offer for the relevant period.
When making online reservations for the purpose of guarantee, it is necessary to pay a deposit, which
calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the reservation or the price of the first night at the moment
of the reservation, by debit/credit card or at the latest within the period specified after the reservation

MITKOVI OOD reserves the right to change prices and special offers on the website
depending on demand and currently available vacancies. With already made,
confirmed and paid reservations the amount due does not change, regardless of the presented
new price offers.


In case of cancellation, non-use or change of an already paid online reservation by
MITKOVI OOD refunds the customer, upon request, the amount paid by charging the corresponding amount

When refunding a paid amount, all costs of the transfer (bank fees and others) are for
customer account. Refunds due to cancellation are made within a 30-day period
depending on the method of payment, the amounts are refunded only to the bank account,
from which they were obtained. Your card data is used only by the intermediary bank and not
stored by us.


Payment can be made in 3 different ways:

1. Electronically with a debit or credit card
We accept payments by Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or
Maestro. When choosing this payment method, a payment page of our service opens
bank where you enter your card details. If you are registered with the authentication schemes
Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, an authentication page of your bank opens

Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
To protect you from misuse when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we implement

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).
In addition, to identify you as a cardholder, the payment server for electronic

organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, in case you are registered to them
you use.
At the time of online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your account
card at the end of the payment process.
From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 3,000.

2. By bank transfer

The payment of the specified amount must be made at the latest after the reservation
term. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment slip
document to reservation@hotel-iv.com, including your reservation number
the basis for payment.

3. In cash, at the reception of FAMILY HOTEL IV / MITKOVI OOD

If the internet reservation is not paid within the specified period and when paying by bank transfer, it is not
sent a copy of the payment document, Your reservation will be automatically canceled by
the reservation system.
In case you are prevented from paying the amount for an already made online reservation, please
notify us at e-mail: reservation@hotel-iv.com. In case of non-compliance with this condition, MITKOVI OOD is in
its right to seek liability and penalties for completed and unpaid reservations.



In the event that the customer cancels their booking under the above conditions, we will refund
the amount using the same payment method that was used to make the reservation.
A refund of an amount paid by bank card or bank transfer can only be made
to the bank card or bank account used for the payment. All bank charges for this one
transaction are at the customer’s expense
